  • Board Review survey prepared and emailed to all board members

  • Results collated and analysed by Matrix consultant

  • Findings report prepared for the workshop presentation

  • Individual results report for each Board member provided

  • 1 hour interpretation session with the Chairperson

  • 2-3 hour workshop with the full Board (face to face if Darwin based, via Zoom if not)

  • Post workshop a tailored Board Development Plan based on the results and workshop findings.

FAQ

Can we change or add questions?

We are not able to make any changes to the survey

What if not all Board members complete the survey?

We will undertake the analysis based on the responses received.  We will discuss possible reasons for non-completion and what that might mean for the Board with you as part of the feedback process.

What about Board members who are new to the Board?

We recommend that all current and prospective Board members complete the survey. While new members won’t have as comprehensive a view, its valuable to get their insights and include them in the process.
